I salute President Nana Addo for not neglecting Ken Ofori Atta in the wake of the stormy economic weather.
The President has been vindicated for the confidence he reposed in Ken Ofori-Atta to stem the economic tide during a time many Ghanaians questioned the competencies of Kenn Ofori-Atta.
Ken Ofori Atta needs serious commendation for the performance of the cedi. The cedi, now selling at 9.5gh and buying at 11.5gh can only be interpreted as a great recovery of Ghana’s economy. It is easy to project that with this fast paced recovery, the dollar could be selling between 6-7gh soon.
I dare say no one should attempt to give the credit to any person but the President since a great majority of Ghanaians put the blame on him alone so let him enjoy the shine alone.
I am still waiting on the over 80 NPP MPs who hitherto this economic recovery had issued statements calling for the head of the Finance Minister; putting the blame for the economic downturn on him.
